Breasts Lift Surgery: Surgery or Natural Treatment

Sagging of breasts is a very natural phenomenon. Women are complaining more of this problem and try to find solutions that can give them real cure.  A worry about sagging breasts is one of the most popular issues among women these days. Sagging of breasts happens to all women at some time or another - except those with very small breasts.  Even if you never get pregnant, your breasts will probably start to droop as you age, and markedly so after menopause.  Overweight women gather some extra fat tissue in their breasts too, which causes them to be heavier and therefore sag earlier than otherwise. This breast drooping can't truly be prevented even though bras of course can conceal it. (However, bras preventing sagging is a myth.) It is only the teenager breast that stays so perky that the nipple is pointing right ahead.

Treatments for Sagging Breasts:

There is no such authentic treatment for sagging breasts. Breast firming creams, lotions, gels only help to firm the outer skin of the breasts but do not actually help the real problem. The muscles in the chest do not support the breasts; exercises that claim to "firm up" your chest area can indeed make the pectoral muscles under the breasts stronger and firmer, but do not lift the breasts themselves. Likewise, herbal remedies, creams, or lotions that are advertised to tone, enhance, or firm up breasts might make the skin on or around the breasts feel smoother or firmer, but cannot tighten skin or ligaments that have been stretched. Even "breast lift" surgery, which typically removes extra skin and tissue from the breast and tightens and lifts the remaining skin, or adds implants to maintain structure, is only a stopgap measure — "lifted" breasts will once again respond to the call of gravity as the skin and ligaments are gradually stretched over time.

Since there is no way short of surgery to tighten and lift breasts that sag from the effects of pregnancy, weight gain or loss, time, and the aging process, you may want to think about how important it is to you to have gravity-defying breasts.

The one thing you can try (I'm not guaranteeing any results) is to help your skin elasticity nutritionally - maybe it will also help those ligaments to stay in top fit. And if nutrition does not help sagging per se, at least you can have a good-looking shiny healthy skin on your breasts (as well as elsewhere). For example vitamin C is very important for the collagen synthesis within skin, and flax oil is important to keep skin from drying. So even though sagging breasts are not the most aesthetic, they are very common and you're not alone with them!  They are not among the most important aspects of life, fortunately. Remember your (future/current) baby won't care as long as he/she gets milk from your breasts. That's what counts.
