Parsley remedy for gas
Either curly leaf or flat leaf parsley will work as a digestive tonic. Do not confuse parsley with parsley root, a plant that has similar leaves but is grown for its parsnip-like root.
Method
- Eat raw parsley leaves after a meal
- Parsley leaves can also be blended to make a juice for a more powerful laxative effect. Do not consume more than 2 oz at a time.
