Tips to Look Younger

One cannot hide one's age but can look good with the age gracefully and elegantly. Hiding one's age is not a temporary solution but one can look younger, fit and healthy with some sincere efforts. Besides age stress and poor life pattern both are the factors make one look and feel older.


One has to follow a fitness regime for the body, mind and skin to look younger and fit than the actual age and for that one will have to follow proper working out patterns, meditation, good healthy diet, skin care and weight management. One can even use perfect make up pattern to look younger. One can hide the fine lines and saggy flesh with make up tricks but for a lasting solution one can reduce the fine lines and saggy skin with a little more care and awareness.

Keeping the body fit to look younger-one should do regular workouts and should keep the body and mind active to stay young. One can join the gym or can go to walks with friends in the evening or morning. If one has some health problems due to which joining gym or walking is not preferable than one can do yoga and meditation, which helps the mind and body to heal, and keeps the muscles relaxed.

One relieves the stress, which is one of the main causes to make one feel and look older than the actual age with meditations. Workouts make the skin look glowing and healthy because they increase the blood circulation in the body and remove toxins. One should have good eight hours of sleep to keep the mind active and skin young. Lack of sleep decreases concentration and effectiveness of mind and body and gives dark circles around the eyes.

Eating healthy food to stay and look younger-one should eat fresh healthy food for a young skin and body. Eating right food makes whole lot of difference in one's appearance. One should have a balanced diet and 4-time meal in small portions. Today's lifestyle doesn't allow people to have right food at the right time. People don't get time to have even one time proper meal and they mostly rely on junk food, which is a kind of slow poison to the body. One should include green leafy vegetables, carbohydrates, soup, salads and all dietary items in the daily diet.

One should keep away from alcohol and smoke or should have it in moderation. Caffeine intake as in forms of tea and coffee too should be cut off from the daily diet. All such things make the skin look older much before the time. Smokers get dry patches, dark circles and saggy skin much before the age when one should get them. Their bones become brittle and weak.

Skin care- eating right food, as fruits, milk, nuts and vegetables are the best way to feed the skin. But one should follow a definite skin care routine to keep the skin young and healthy as it is affected by outside factors as dust, dirt and pollution too. One should keep the skin clean. Should not pinch or squeeze pimples, boils and acne otherwise they leave permanent marks on the skin.

Should drink lots of water and fluids to wash off the toxins. It keeps the skin away from most of the skin problems including black heads and white heads. After the age 25 one should go for regular clean ups and facials and if one cant afford them in saloon, one can learn to do it on their own. One should start applying creams, which are specifically made with anti aging ingredients after the age 30 as body starts producing less moist and oils and one needs extra care to keep the skin hydrate.

One should always apply vitamin E based cream or lotions all over the body to keep the skin soft and supple. One should never go out in the sun without applying a sunscreen protection on the uncovered skin parts. Sun damages the skin the most and makes it look older. Once in a week a face pack should be applied on the skin, which has the base of clay and sandalwood powder, they make the skintight and help the skin to tone. One should not laugh or talk when the pack is there on the face otherwise on will get fine lines all over the face. Natural extracts, as rose water, cucumber juice and orange juice all are good for the sing. One can apply these juices on the skin by adding them in the face packs or applying directly on the skin with cotton ball. Putting mashed papaya and banana too keeps the skin hydrate. One should follow the cleaning, toning and moisturizing regime every night before going to bed. Doing all these things will really help one to retain the natural beauty of the skin and stay young.

Putting right make up- one should apply the right make up for the age. Too bright colors and shades don't suit as age grows so one should apply light make up and should wear light shades to look beautiful and forever young.
